OUR AIM:

We aim to develop modern information infrastructure in the sphere of the arts on the basis of state-of-the art technologies with a view to:

• imparting new impulses to the invigoration of the art process;
• providing effective additional support to individual artists and groups;
• exercising a positive influence on the art market and encouraging its democratisation;
• facilitating conservation of mankind's artistic heritage;
• expanding the data base of the system of general and art education;
• encouraging greater interest in the arts on the part of all layers of modern society.
